Personal Care Services

Each Client is provided with a personal in-home evaluation and a care program tailored specifically for their personal needs. Each assessment considers the client's physical health, mental health, functional ability and quality of life issues including social activities and personal passions. Our in-home safety assessment identifies potential environmental hazards.

All of our Field Staff Employees are trained to manage each client’s special needs, while promoting independence, dignity and peace of mind.

Our Home Health Aides provide:

• Assistance with personal care and daily activities
• Meal planning and preparation
• Personal transportation (shopping, appointments and errands)

Our Certified Nursing Assistants provide:

• Assistance with bathing and showering
• Specialized transfers
• Medication assistance
• Minor wound care

 24/7 Programs provide:

• Security and safety issues are thoroughly monitored during the day and night,  this includes, medication schedules, toileting and personal care needs

Other Services Include:

• Assistance with Morning/Bedtime Preparation and Activities
• Laundry and Light Housekeeping
• Appointment Scheduling
• Visiting Friends, Family, Wedding, Sporting Events and Concerts

The members of our staff are thoroughly screened, including national criminal background checks. Professional Parent Care is fully insured and bonded.
